Our Promise

We want you to love your Seouléa order. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right within the guidelines below.

Return Window & Eligibility

Unopened/unused items in original packaging and condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons) are not returnable, unless they arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.

Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional bundles, gift cards) are non-returnable.

Returns must include the order number and be sent back with suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Email: support@seoulea.com (attach photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label)

We’ll replace or refund the item and cover return shipping where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@seoulea.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll issue return instructions and, if approved, an RMA (return authorization).

Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of RMA issuance and share the tracking number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective or wrong items).

If the order was paid with a gift card/store credit, the refund will be issued back to store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged/defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend a trackable service; Seouléa is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Please place a new order and request a refund for the original (if eligible). This ensures the item you want doesn’t sell out.

Price Adjustments

We don’t offer price adjustments on past orders.
